Benno Strub

Benno Strub is a Senior Attorney in our Restructuring and Insolvency Group and our Dispute Resolution Group in Zurich. His main areas of practice are bankruptcy law and insolvency proceedings, contract and tort law, and domestic and international civil litigation. He regularly advises clients in Swiss and cross-border reorganization and insolvency proceedings as well as in all aspects of debt enforcement and bankruptcy law. Benno Strub conducts litigation in connection with insolvency proceedings, the enforcement and recognition of foreign bankruptcy proceedings and civil judgments, and in various matters of contract and tort law. He also advises clients on aspects of insolvency law in domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
