Nathalie Voser is a partner in our Dispute Resolution Group in Zurich, where she heads our International Arbitration team. Her practice is focused on international arbitration and litigation. She often acts as counsel before arbitral tribunals and as an arbitrator (co-arbitrator and chairperson). She also regularly advises clients involved in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes. Her areas of specialization include general contract law, tort law and restitution, private international law (conflict of laws), and international procedural law such as (pre-trial) attachment and recognition of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. She has special expertise in construction and civil engineering projects, international commodity sales and license agreements, the automotive and pharmaceutical industries and disputes relating to mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
